if you'd like to commission me to make any custom order, whether it be a necklace for your mother's birthday or a hat & mittens for your friend's new baby, simply email me at custom@lubyloo.co.uk with the following information:

- overview of the item you'd like making
- all necessary information such as who it's for, sizes, colours, materials and any other information you can give me (if you'd like baby clothes, please check the item descriptions of these items first)
- your name, email & home address.

after i have recieved this e-mail, i will reply to discuss whether i feel your order will be possible and how i will go about it. after that, we can decide on a price. i do ask that any custom orders are paid for upfront, before i make the one-off item.
i will then make the item - please be aware that this can take up to 4 weeks to find the materials and put them all together. once the item is complete, i will e-mail you photographs and we can complete the order.
